Rude agent

Good day

One of your agents contact me about my Woolworths account i explained to her im unemployment since 5 years ago i can sent affidavit that states im unemployment. Still instant i must pay something.. I explained i have two kids on school also and with the economy like this... Im applying for work can you just put my accounts 6 months on hold.. Which your agen rep**** you know your amount wil increase if not payment is being made.. I said ok because was early morning she contacted me.. But if you make arrangements my account should be put on hold without any interest when i sent the affidavit.. Please advise your agent with respect and proper training
