Ripping of customers by Telkom & blake & associates

My account was mysteriously handed over to these guys for collections. my balance after paying for almost 8 months has been the same instead of going down it goes up their consultants can't even explain why its doing that. They sent me a statement on Saturday the 01/02/2020 showing my balance as 5622.27 that was before I made a payment of a 1000 for the month of Jan meaning my balance needs to be 4622.27 but somehow my balance is now 7685.00

can someone please explain what the actual **** is happening here is this company a ****en **** or what
