Ridiculous

I reactivated my DSTV account and suddenly out of nowhere on the very same day i get a phone call harassing me for payment of something that was already done. I have no way to know who i'm dealing with and would expect to have at least had a single call from DSTV themselves if my account was in poor state. They demanded i send through proof of payment which i refused to do given i have no idea who they are and what there affiliation with DSTV is. Especially given my account was fully paid. Basically a bunch of *********** debt collectors with poor information at hand. My advice is dont take there call if you see/hear BlaKE Attorneys!!!
