Proof of account paid up confirmation letter

Hi, An agent called last week, and we made arrangements of me settling my trueworths account of which was going to be in 2 months they never provided me with an email to where I should send it Then I decided to do 1 payment. I have sent through the pop to the info email address with no response.i have been getting sms from them, which is a reminder to pay my account of which is confusing. I also need a settlement letter so I can send it. It to the bearer for them to remove my name have sent through quite a feed enquiries for call and yet no call has been received . All they care about is commission on collections, no follow up after. Can I have the letter sent to me before the end of the day tomorrow.
