Poor service ****mers

Last i decided to write about the Bad service of Blake and associate company i had a telkom opening balance was about 5k so i paid more than 7k because of Blake and associates ,after writing here they called me and made an agreement with me that i can pay R1350 to settle my debt on 25th of June this month a debit order was made of that amount ,I contacted them asking for a paid up letter as per our agreement amount their Consultant Asanda Sisilana said it will issued upon my payment reflecting ,

Now i am receiving an email stating that i am now owing R2456,75 and the do not sending me any supporting documents only emails and calls, i am very frustrated because i still have to pay more than what i have already paid which was also more my Contract agreement.
