Poor service
Unprofessional in capital letters!!! Since 26 Nov until 29 December 2020 I have made two payments in their account.The last payment was even a settlement amount. Apparently both payments does not reflect. How the hell is this even possible. The lady I spoke with this morning even dropped the phone in my ear when she couldn't provide me with answers. The whole happy lot is just full of stories. Poor, poor services.
