Poor service and horrible experience

I have made repeated attempts to get them to resolve my status with the bureau, which lists me as owing Markham an amount that was settled almost a year ago and has a paid up settlement letter. I have been hounding them for months to give me answers, and a lady named Caressa Moodley keeps telling me that getting the information is a process. She has been quiet for over a month and is ignoring my attempts to get the matter resolved.

Incredibly poor experience.
