Poor service

Got a call from a rather rude lady on Friday the 24th July 2020. She told me that my Telkom account was handed over to them. We then proceeded to make payment arrangements and I did not have an issues with confirming my details. However today I requested that I am emailed a statement or proof by Blake and Associates that indeed they are working with Telkom. They even took down my email address. I still haven't received any email.
