Poor service

I've paid my wonga outstanding loan through blake and associates,as I was handed over to them for missing one month due to unforseen circumstances but I have not received any form of communication or the paid up letter from Wonga. The outstanding amount is still showing on my wonga account. I've paid them and now I want to close the account.
