Payroll is a Fluke as well as the Receptionist--PATHETIC

<p>Good afternoon</p> <p>i called blake on the 12th of September 2016. i spoke to a gentleman at H.r regarding my IRP5 form that sars requested. He did inform me that Payroll handles this an no1 is availble (SUCH A HUGE COMPANY). He then put me through reception. I left all my details that was required and i told them this is urgent. The receptionist then informed me that this will be sorted and emailed to me no later than the 13/9/2016 before 12*30. i waited there was no emails or calls from payroll. i then wasted my money to get the IRP5 forms. They informed me that Payroll is busy again. So i informed the gentlmen yesterday that this is urgent and he told me that before the end of business i will get it being the 13/9/2016. I have now called blakes 12*39 spoke to receiption she informed payroll is busy. i told her that i have called many times an my request has not been sorted. i did inform her that i am going to come to them personally.</p> <p> </p> <p>THIS IS SUCH A **** COMPANY</p>
