Paid up letters

Ive paid up my capitec account with them after they pushed me to finish it then asked for paid up letters its over a month and a half now each time i phone i get the same respons that they are also waiting keep on telling me they will follow up and come back to me which they don't im in a hurry to get off debt review but cannot do so until i get my paid up letters from them
