Paid up letter request
When it comes to paying my account and calling me to remind me of payments was never a problem.Requested a paid up letter and now no one is getting back to me and telling me I still owe monies after a settlement was discussed on 23 June 2021.Please can someone finalise my paid up letter,as there is now a black hole where all my payments have dissapeared into.
