PAID UP LETTER

service am getting from them very poor service, they called me 2 months back to pay my Telkom account in which i paid immediately, promise to send me paid up letter within 7 to 14 working days. but now is over 2months and couple weeks, always wen i call keep on referring to each other department, I don't owe them they even confirmed that they can see on their system that I paid. BUT THEY FAIL JUST TO SEND ME PAID UP LETTER
