Paid Up letter a no show from Blake & Associates - so disgusting
Last month on the 28th of March Blake debited my account on behalf of FNB, I’ve been asking for a paid up letter and nothing! They ignore me on WhatsApp, when I call the call centre they hang up on me! It’s been over a month and no paid up letter, instead FNB keeps sending me messages and emails to close my account. This is extremely unprofessional

20 Jun 2023, 11:10It’s been 3 months and Blake & Associates have not resolved my matter with FNB, every week I’m being sent from pillar to post by Joanne! FNB is still sending me sms’s about my account being in arrears, an account that I paid up in March.
