paid up letter

i settled my account on September 2020 and i was told to wait 19days to receive my paid up letter but untill today its 4months i have not received anything from blakes & associates i really dont andastand how they treat people after getting paid its sad because i cannot do anything every where i go they say i must get the paid up letter my finances are locked because of this company
