Paid up letter
PAID UP LETTER
HI I'm very disappointed at how this firm is handling my cell c account, that was handed over to them. They kept calling me, sending sms none stop for me to pay. December 28 2020, I requested settlement quote letter, they failed to send me, until I went to some sms they sent me with banking details and amount, ND went to pay, on first week of January, and called to check and request paid up letter, ever since then they still requesting the letter every time I enquire about it. I'm in a process of buying my kids a house but The 1100 paid up letter tht is hard to get, is affecting the progress on my application,. I am desperate to get the letter.
