Overcharged
I called them on the 17/04/2018 and they gave me the balance of R3 320.51 on my Woolworths account. Beginning of November they called and they said the balance on my account is R453.21, I agree to have the debit order of that to be debited. On the 20th they called and said I still owe them R8.00. I went to one of the Woolworths store it shows them the zero balance. By the look of things they are overchanging me I should have finish this account in October but they still telling me I owe them.
