Ongoing harrassment

I am continually getting calls from Blake and Associates asking for an individual who I do not know. I've had my phone number for three years so it's not like I took over someone else's number. The agents promise to remove the number from their records but then I get another call after that. It's really unbearable. My number must be erased from all of Blake's records and they must NEVER phone me.
