Not Honoring a Settlement

A few months back i spoke to blakes and assosiates for a settlement on a long standing account about 6 years old. Agent Trisha confirmed that i can have a R2000 settlement and then no letter was sent to my email . so i called in and then it started that the settlement was not confirmed and Trisha avoided the calls ect , i spoke to Shenaaz and she said they will listen to the call and get back, weeks went and no feedback i called and spoke to a manager in the division he said the account is begin handed to DMC and no call was picked up which is highly unlikely cos all calls are recorded. He said he will speak to them about it but never.<br> Now this is listed as a judgement on ITC but no process was followed by law before the listing , this account was paid for before it went into default for two years only 1 year was left on the account with Russells Blakes attorneys can not keep their words with he R2000 for me hence they moved it across to another attorney. I need this sorted out i want that call recording with Trisha from Blakes.
