Not following good business practices

I have been handed over by Momentum Health yet both companies refuse to provide a copy of documentation that supposedly shows I owe money for cancelling my medical aid.

I find it strange how every time I either do something with my pension or submit a tax return, I receive these annoying one sided requests.
