NO RESPECT FOR THE POPI ACT ,LACK OF UNDERSTANDING IN DEBT COLLECTION .
THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT A PRESCRIPTION ACT MEANS .
they just buy old and prescribed debt book and harass people hoping to get a payment
