Mount Edgecombe Blake & Associates - Accounts Department

I- RATE CUSTOMER The brand standards of this firm have dropped. False emails are sent to customers stating accounts due without taking payments into consideration that have already been made. When attempting to call one has to wait for what seems to be an eternity only to be served by rude call center agents who have no customer ethics. I am especially disappointed with the Mount Edgecombe Branch.
