I called earlier aand spoketo one of the agents regarding settling my account and they offered me 40% discount and said they will send me the letter once they have confirmed with fnb about this settlement . I then called again to find claire who now disputed the 40% discount but was noted in their system.she then told me that they can only give 25%. I just think that they should train their consultants to give the correct information because they are just misleading ppl and just want to make more money. I was really willing to settle on the 40%, so if you can please assist.
