Missed calls to the landline
Today I have received more than 3 calls from a number that is states its from Blake and associates (fnb). The phone rings 3 times and then get put down or when I answer the phone get put down. Can you please stop this nonsense or ask if the person is available as it is the landline and there are sick people in the house.

Thank you for your concerns raised in regards to the calls dropping after 3 rings. We have investigated and found that our dialer settings were set to a minimum of 3 rings hence the reason for the calls dropping prior to you answering the call.
Please take note that the necessary measures have been put in place to ensure that there will not be a repetition of this again.
As discussed this morning & again we apologise for this.
