The Manager of Blake And Associates Leonie Odayan has been absolutely useless in dealing with my account for the past month. None of her staff were able to assist me with a simple query and every time I asked to speak to the manager she tried to avoid me by telling her consultants that she’s not in or in a “meeting”. I had been given calls everyday saying that I have to pay my account even though I made payment.
Every time they said that she would call back she did not and they did not inform me when the issue was resolved.
I have accumulated extra charges due to their negligence.
