Lack of written transparency

I have recently requested specific information pertaining to my account that was handed over to Blake and associates. Recieving the requested information has not been granted and one consultant said the information cannot be given with out furnishing a valid reason.

I want to know what fees they are charging me and whether those fees are governed by good/legal business practise.

About twice weekly since the inception of my account with Blake and Associates, I receive dropped phone calls. Am I being charged for calls that are being dropped by them. I should only be receiving one call a month from them to see whether I can increase my instalment.

So I'm requesting once again; A detailed breakdown of my account from it's inception: 1) % commision taken on each instalment 2) The amount of interest charged 3) all other relevant fees Detailed statement can be forwarded to ***

The matter will be forwarded onto the relevant ombudsman if issue is not clarified.
