Just no response

I keep on getting demanding e-mails that i must pay them and contact them. for two months I have e-mailed them and all I get is an automated response and nothing further. I have phoned them a few times and they have promised that they will send me statements. I still have not received anything. How do they think I must just keep on paying and not receive statements. And I still get notifications informing me that I must pay them. I am just going to stop all payments to them till I get a statement and will be deduction all their costs for calls and messages sent. Sorry FNB I think you should approach another institution for your collections. FNB have also used SANCLAIRE and they have given me perfect response and helped with a payment plan that motivated me to pay them off quickly.
