Inconvenience
I find it very disturbing and inconveniencing that the agents call you day and night to get you to settle the account. Once the account has been settled and proof of payment has been sent, then you call them again, only to be told that it take 1 day for the email with proof of payment to reach them. I really don't understand how does this happen.<br> <br> I need my paid up letter today, as I was told that once the funds reflect on the account I will get it, I wasn't told that the email will take 1 day. <br> <br> This is now inconveniencing me. Can this please be sorted. I need my letter today by 2pm.
