i make regular monthly payments to this company but this company never ever refers to notes and harasses me for payment on rcs accounts sometimes up to 4 or 5 times day for the same account. then i try to make an arrangement to pay and they say its an insufficient payment and insist on an additional payment, i am threatened with legal action even though i am making a arrangement. . then i agree for a debit order for an agreed installment and they strike my account for the full outstanding balance which goes unpaid and i incur bank charges. This month i spoke to Leaane on 25/08/15 and i agreed on 620 and they decided to strike for over 4300, Is she trying to get a larger commision? This company are just a bunch of ****s who threaten people into paying. I will never deal with a company who uses these ****s to handle collections. One of these days these ************ ****s will face the same situation some of us in and i hope you suffer the way we do. WHY CANT YOU STICK YOUR ARRANGEMENT, if we dont pay you phone a million times a day. Yes we want to pay, but you are making this extremely difficult. this is unacceptable. when i call in to complain - the supervisor is always busy.
