My account with Cell C is in arrears and I was advised by the contact centre staff to contact Blake and Associates law firm to arrange payment. The consultant from the firm then indicated that the account was returned to Cell C and arrangement can be made there.

Nobody knows how to assist me, I want to pay my account and I am being diverted wayward from any help. If I don't get an answer, I will take it further.
