Good day. This is now one company that litterly employees alot of illirate agents. The more you tell them you are currently unemployed and have no source of income due to a pandemic that's has cause a person to be retrenched and telling them on several times that I have all the necessary documents to prove that I am not working and was retrench the more they demand money out of you. 1. How they expect you to pay when there is no income? 2. They keep on phoning, when tell the agents to please make a note that on there system. Just 5 munites after they drop the phone another agents phone. 3. Times are tough and they would be able to see that I was a good payer and now I'm in a tough spot and this people is no lenient towards another unemployed South Africa Citizen.

It's unfair that they keep on adding to a bill be phoning Me whole Time.. This people is not right for future purposes they make a person credit profile look bad.
