I’m reporting this with the ombudsman!

I am still having a problem with you not updating my statement even when making payments, the last Time I got an email from the manger stating that owe R13026.18 (18 sep 2020) I check on my ITC and it says I have not being paying since 2019! I have been making payment every month since September last year I paid of R5200 R1000 every month and this past month I paid R1200, my balance should be on R7826.18 but I’m not getting any statement updating these payment and my ITC says I have not been paying since 2019
