I'm looking for assistance on getting my payed up letter from this company BLAKE AND ASSOCIATES

Hi my name is lubabalo mfazwe payed up my oldmutual account to Blake and Associates but now they don't give me the payed up letter, instead I'm getting more calls from other lawyers demanding the same amount can you pls help me get this letter my I'd no is *** my fone number ***

We have tried contacting you telephonically with no success. 
 
Please note that you had 3 Old Mutual accounts that were administered by Blake. You have settled 1 account and a paid up letter was issued to you by Blake. 
 
Your 2 remaining accounts were handed back to Old Mutual. Please contact Old Mutual directly to query these accounts.

Good day Blake&Associates ****** me my money.they gave me the settlement offer to my account then they took my money R6300 and make a settlement on another account that I only owe R1600 and gave me the paid up letter for it .they never gave me the rest of the money and they don't reply to my watsap messages to explain where is the rest of my money.PLS HELP ME I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THEM MY NUMBER IS *** contact as soon as you heard from them email ***

As discussed telephonically, your payment was received and allocated to your accounts. The payment has been paid over to Old mutual and Blake is not in possession of your monies.  
 
You have 2 accounts active with Old mutual. A Query has been logged with Old Mutual and I will revert once feedback is received.
