I have made arrangements

Dear Sir/Madam

I had an account with Woolworths and it was on arrears. An urgent from Blake and Associates has called me and we made arrangements on how am I going to settle my account. I gave the consultant my banking details so that I can pay the account through debit order. The first debit order went on few days ago, but for some reasons the consultant has called me today again. I asked her as to why is she calling me and her answer was that it is her responsibility to call the customer even if the payment has been made. To me this is unnecessary as it is not cost effective for both Blake and Associates and it also has a negative impact on me individually because there is an amount which gets included onto my account. This will take more time to settle the account. I would suggest that you call the non payers and not the customers who have made arrangements and paying their accounts as agreed. This also make me to start doubting if the money is really being sent to the credit provider
