How legit is this company? I Think they are ******** people

Hi. I am having major issues with this company! They offered me a settlement amount beginning November. I have said I will accept the offer but they would need to send me an email with the settlement amount. Its been more than a month later and after 20 something calls I am still waiting for the email. Each time they phone I ask for an email with my outstanding balance and discount offer. Only to be told the offer was only valid until 25 Nov and don't apply no more. I have said that is unacceptable as I have agreed on the settlement amount, but they should just send it via email, this would be my paper trail for if they come back after a few months to say the account is still open. I have not received one email from all that 20 calls that they made. These calls will now obviously be charged for and adding more fees. My question now is, how legit is this company? I mean they can't even send one email to advise about outstanding amount plus discount offered. So they asked who I spoke to I said to listen to all their recordings which they recorded and will find out who I have asked for an email already. I would say this is harassment now and I will be taking this matter further. Who have I been paying every month? A ***** company? One star is even to much for this company. Oh not forgetting I called back a few times, only to get the number is not valid or not available. Don't even mention their whatsapp number, no response there as well. I say this is harassment with *****.
