Horrific Service

This is honestly pathic!!!! Firstly they call you and when you answer they just keep quiet so you have to call them. I have asked multiple consultants to call me back to date I have not received anything. When I made payment I noticed that I over paid and brought it to their attention.It is such a mission to get my money back!!!! Its going on 2 weeks that the only response I get is that we await feedback.

I dont understand what is so difficult if i sent the statement and you can see I over paid yet wont give me my money??
