Horrible Service

Your information dont correspond at all i paid my Old Mutual account off with you guys on the 22nd of Feb and i was informed am gonna get a letter with in 7 to 14 working days and as the days are approaching and fading i called into to find out on whats the latest i spoke to ASHLEN who was so bullying me over the phone for asking her to put me through to the correct department

well, after 2 minutes Waiting Carisma her name if it wrote it well said its only going to take a month meaning Mama on the 22nd of March......meaning how come does both departments have all different information and i think their Training and Management is so so so ***********......so crossed with thier service
