Horrible and immoral behavior

These people, I've recently settled my wonga loan, which was in arrears for the month of November only. Made an arrangement to pay the full amount, both November and December, and indeed they did debit that amount. However my account with wonga is still arrears, mind you, they too also debited the December installment from my bank despite having made a full payment through Blake&associates. I reached out to wonga and they say they haven't received any payment from Blake&associates. My account is still in arrears and there's interest/penalties accruing as we speak, over an account that's supposed to be settled.
