Hopefull not to deal will blake and acc again

Ive been making my cell c payment and are paid up! But still i receive calls and emails that that i owe the full amount. Ive been sending my proof of payment so many times and everytime i phone them they say please send us an email again. Ive been sending mails and using the watsapp number as well but no luck. I need to settle this issue but it feels like im talking to myself. The call centre people of no help and a supervisor is never available.
