Harrassment

I bought a computer from Hi-Fi Corporation before the consumer protection act. I took out additional warentee. Within a few months the laptop was not functioning properly. They even refused to have a look at it. I had it repaired on my own cost, but it was still not working properly. That had to be re-done again. Due to that costs and other influences I could not afford the normal payment. I tried to make an arrangement and next thing was handed over for collection. I made an arrangement that I've been keeping every month But then I keep on receiving smsses/calls that I'm not paying my arrangement. Less than 2 weeks ago I got fed-up and asked for the supervisor The supervisor ensured me after I explained to her as all the others before her, that I won't be called/smssed again, and that she can see that I keep my arrangement. She would take off something that it won't happen again. Now tonight, just before 7 I get another call.. Same story, I don't keep my arrangement (my payment was made!). Spoke to the supervisor - somebody else, and promised me again it won't happen again. Since last year the promises are not kept, but I keep mine. What's their problem? I pay!!!
