harrasment

It all started when I got a call on Friday 13/10/17 regarding an outstanding debt .. Which an arrangement was made .. I requested an email be sent to me regarding this arrangement so I have it in writing .. ( still not received) .. On Saturday 14/10/17the pe call centre called again about another debt which I do not recall .and ask when it was from to which the reply was they don’t know .. asked if it was prescribed and agent hang up .. Monday 16/10/17 received a call from JHB call centre who hung up when I answered so I called back and explained arrangement was made on 13/10/17 .. Tuesday 17/10/17 another call from JHB call centre ... hang up as answered .. call back again spoke to Monica ( don’t know if real name) a manager .. And explained all that was happening and again requested an email regarding arrangement made for RCS debt on the 13/10/17 .. other debt is clearly prescribed and Monica was clearly trying to get me to agree to this debt which I cannot even recall ever having and she cannot give me any details about its origin .. To which I get the standard reply .. We will escalate your complaint .. 30 min later I get another call from JHB call centre .. I have decided that I will be lodging a complaint and taking this further.. I cannot believe this is the way you handle your business .. you should be embarrassed .. read some other complaints and feel it time you where held responsible for your actions .. people have rights no matter what their life problems are ..
