HARASSMENT, WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

I have a direct axis account that is in arrears, I've made an arragement to pay R1000 every month (being made diligently) If my situation changes I will definately pay more. What is the use of B & A calling you 3 to 4 times a day...EVERYDAY. To find out if they will be receiving the money how much it will be,,,,I am a grown individual who know what her responsibilities are.....THE WHOLE WORLD IS IN DEBT AFTER COVID. I can apply for debt review but chooses not to. I can assure you with my debt you will even get less than R 1000.

Dear Joanne

Thank you so much for the reply! I appreciate the effort.
But on another note, I am well aware of the consequences my arrangement have on my account , but just tell me. This is a public platform, was it necessary or is it even legal for you to state my instalment and amount in arrears in your reply for all to see.

Kind regards,
Lamees

Dear Mrs Lamees Jack  The previous comment has been removed.  Thank you for your concerns raised in regards to your Direct Axis Account that is handed over to Blake & Associates for collection.  Due to the fact that the matter was outsourced to our company as you have concluded an arrangement of R 1000.00 per month, we were instructed by our client [Direct Axis] to review the same arrangement on a monthly basis.  However should you only be able to afford R1000.00 per month, we will accept the arrangement for the next three months and review the same by contacting you to check if there is any change in respect of your financial situation. Please take note that you will not be receiving calls unless the agreement is not adhered to.  We do apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that all is in order.  Kind Regards Joanne Pillay Manager – Blake and Associates.
