Harassment over paid off balance.
They keep calling, emailing and SMS'ing me for payment on Pathcare. Even after I told them numerous time that I paid Pathcare the R100 the insurance did not cover. I have sent them and Pathcare proof of payment yet they won't stop harassing me. I dnt know what to do anymore.
