HARASSMENT
I have asked for calls from this company to stop for the past 3 weeks and still I get between 3 and 5 calls a day, when asked to be put through to a superior they hang up the call. I made a payment arrangement and have fulfilled it with an agent more than 2 weeks ago and still they're chasing me up. To begin with they don't even have the skills to pronounce your name correctly, no telephone etiquette and this is just pure harassment at this point. Literally 3 calls in one morning, as I write this I sit waiting for the next one
