Harassment

I have made a arrangement to pay my account at price and pride via debit order as i am in arrears due to the fact that my husband was unemployed for a while and i told them this.They have been deducting weekly yet they phone me every week to remind me of payment in working hours on the works number and messages in which payment is demanded. Im starting to feel frustrated as i am paying yet im getting calls and messages and when i told the guy that phoned this morning i dont need courtesy calls as i have a arrangement he goes ahead and tells me they have to phone all slow payers how insulting. Isnt there other people out there who dont pay that they can phone instaed of wasting both our time and money on calls
