Harassing me
I have paid my account in full before the end of the term on 10 October. They are still harassing me with calls at night and in the morning. I was told my name would be cleared in 7 days. Up to now 4 November nothing has been done. Been asking for a manager to phone me as I cant be put through to a manager when I call. They are pathetic and harassing . Thinking of taking legal action for harassment
