Harassed by *********** Admin Agents

Life Healthcare and Blake & Associates need to get their act together. I ended up paying in over R5000,00 additional costs because the Hospital messed up on the discharge dates. Blake & Ass confirmed that was reflected on their side, but now harass me on a daily basis for the amount that was already paid by Medical Aid prior to the outstanding amount that I had paid. Last week, when they checked their system, the previous Blake person I spoke to said that they could see it had been paid by Medical Aid and would refer it higher to sort it out. This week, they are phoning me again for the same amount. Nobody seems to be able to have any idea of what they are doing or be able to actually do anything about it.
