***** - Do not pay them
I'm actually so livid. After receiving numerous calls and explaining that my account is under investigation. I have paid my account and received proof of payment on the 26th of July 2022, only to find out that the account was never paid and I have had to pay my account myself.
I would like a refund as this is an reportable offense to the NCR as a registered debt collector.

27 Sept 2022, 13:28I have received a call yesterday from an agent who saw my post advising that he will transfer my query to the relevant department who will attend to my query this morning. I am still waiting for a call. I tried calling the numbers provided but it either rings or doesn't exist.
