Email addresses DOES NOT WORK!

Blake & Associates contacted me in the beginning of June 2021 regarding an unpaid amount of R139.00 owing to DSTV, but I cancelled DSTV in May 2018... The more I try and send emails to state my case and evidence that I have already paid in August 2018 (to the email address they are providing - ***), the more the email fails, call them, get another email address (***), the email does not fail, but when I follow up, they apperantly never received anything, call them again, agent gives me her woek email address (***) which then fails as well. Call them again, new agent notifies me that I can Whatsapp my correspondance to *** and then have to phone back asking if they have received it. I do this, phone back and another agent tells me that they do not allow email correspondence to be sent vie Whatsapp...????

She then tries to give me the first email address again (***) and says I can try and send it again and call them to see if they have received it. I sent a fresh email again this morning to the above email address and it FAILED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are these people doing? How am I suppose to state my case?

Surely I cannot be the only one having troubles with this!
