Disgusting Uneducated Delinquents

<p>Telkom has messed up my billing. I have phoned telkom and it is currently being investigated. blake and associates have called me 3 x times a day for a bill of 600 rand when telkom owes me 700 rand deposit. I have told them numerous times to note on their system that it is currently being sorted out with telkom. I told them this is harassment and i was called stupid. When i asked if he had a law degree he said he did which is false representation as he was clearly a call center agent.
